What if Gaps Could be Filled for Businesses Through Design.
Mosaic is a one stop shop for events- providing, lighting, sound, draping, furniture, and of course phenomenal food. Yet it is only known for catering and food both internally and externally. How can this gap be filled?
The Product Catalog is Born.
Having a go to resource for the sales teams would add drastic value to Mosaic as a whole entity.
Catering Team- the team would now have visiblity to all capabilities and products the production team has. While sitting down with customers, the “wooden table” would now have more weight, meaning, and could be shown! Proposals for customers where richly enhanced.
Production Team- the team could now easily recall items in the database for proposals. If the name of a product couldn’t be recalled it could easily be found in the the catalog. And similarly, while meeting with customers, concrete samples could be shown to help paint the finished picture.
Customers- a tangible product could now be flipped through to help spark a conversation regarding what sense of style is persued. A digital copy was also produced to email and help customers understand Mosaic’s full capabilities.
The undertaking of the catalog begins! All tables, bars, and chandeliers were photographed in a consistent manner for cohesiveness.
Events are attended and photographed to show the products in use and help bring products and services to life.
