Peru- the land of remarkable mountains, deep canyons, rich culture, and vast history.

Peru is truly a country full of astonishing landscapes. Providing some of the earth’s deepest canyons and largest lakes to breathtaking Andes mountains, lush jungles, and salty shorelines, Peru really has ecosystems well covered. Walking away from this country allowed me to have a renowed and profound appreciation for nature. And ending the trip in Mayo, the sister restaurant of Central, to reflect on the experience in a new manner, truely beautiful.
